I knew early on that he was a deeply caring and loving person, and after five years, I know that I couldn’t have been more right. Earl is a genuinely funny, intelligent, out-going individual: all things that made me fall madly in love with him.

It wasn’t long after we met that Earl told me he wanted to have children and that he hoped I felt the same way. Things were going to work out because we were on the same page: I wanted children one day as well.

Earl can’t get enough of his young nieces and nephews; having his sisters and brothers visit and bring their kids as often as possible. He’s just the best with kids: always smiles, tickles, and fun, but also easily wise enough to correct them when they need to be.

What Earl says about Sean

I always knew I wanted to be a father, and when I met Sean and we hit it off, I told him in no uncertain terms that I wanted kids in a few years. He said he felt the same way and I soon realized we could spend the rest of our lives together.

Sean is a lot like a big kid sometimes, very playful and fun-loving. He can’t wait for the day he can play dress up in the playroom or catch in the back yard. He dreams of coaching our children’s little league team, whether baseball or softball, or best of all: both!
